“Continuous improvement is the driving force in our business. My and everyone’s job is not only to do the job but to find a better way of doing it. Lots of small improvements make a huge difference. Continuous improvements have got us to be where we are today, and more will get us where we want to be tomorrow.”

“We can compromise on all things bar one – quality. Quality is achieved through our skills, knowledge, dedication, systems and technology.”

William Haley Engineering has a state-of-the-art manufacturing process which produces steelwork efficiently giving our customers low costs. This process links computerised drawings to computerised machines. The drawings automatically generate data files which instruct the machines to measure, saw, drill, punch, burn and mark steel components for making steelwork. Our process works on a just-in-time basis. We work on one project at a time and divide it in to 20T lot phases in the order that the building is erected. Each 20T of black steel is ordered from a supplier, fabricated, painted and delivered to site. Go to the fabrication tour to see this for yourself.
