BEAM SAW / DRILL LINE
From the shot blaster, conveyors take the beams to a computer numerically controlled machine, a Kaltenbach KBS 1001 / KD 1003 able to process beams up to 1000mm deep with flanges 500mm wide, covering all UB and UC sizes.

The machine is driven by data fed from our CAD software. The beams are automatically measured, cut to length, drilled and given a mark number. The machine processes beams accurately and efficiently, time after time.
