QUALITY CONTROL
The whole fabrication is closely monitored to assure the specification is attained in accordance with our ISO 9001 certified procedures. This requires sampling output from the machines to ensure that not only is their output within specification but trends are recorded as a monitor of the machines' performance.

In accordance with the National Structural Seelwork Specification, welds of certain size and type are subject to non-destructive testing. All steelwork is 100% checked for dimensional accuracy. All non-conformances found are analysed.

In-career training teaches and concentrates on the 20/80 rule to make improvements, as 20% of non-conformance sources account for 80% of errors.
